Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing store and warehouse inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of Apple products and accessories.

Manager will plan and monitor the local supply chain, work closely with procurement and store management teams, and maintain accurate documentation and records. The role includes optimizing logistics processes, tracking delivery performance, resolving discrepancies,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Manager will also collaborate with customer service and sales teams to support product availability and a smooth retail experience.

Qualifications
Robust Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee daily operations and optimize product flow.
Proficiency in Inventory Management to track stock levels, manage replenishment, and reduce shrinkage and stock-outs.
Experience in Procurement to coordinate ordering, vendor communication, and cost-effective sourcing.
Customer Service orientation to support store teams in maintaining product availability and resolving logistics-related issues.
Relevant experience in retail or consumer electronics logistics; Apple or technology product experience is an advantage.
Ability to analyze data, use ERP or inventory management systems, and prepare accurate reports.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
