Role: Shift Manager – Café Employment: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and responsible Shift Manager to lead café operations, manage the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain Coffee Island’s quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day shift operations, including opening & closing Lead, motivate and guide the café team Ensure excellent customer service and quick resolution of complaints Maintain product quality, hygiene and café standards Monitor inventory, stock levels and wastage Handle cash, POS transactions and shift reconciliation Ensure food safety, health & safety compliance Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth handovers Support training and development of team members Requirements:



Experience in Coffee/F&B; industry, preferably in a supervisory role Good leadership and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment Knowledge of POS and cash handling Basic understanding of inventory management Adaptable to work in shifts, including weekends & holidays Interested candidates can share their updated CV.
