Understanding of mechanisms and welding structures.
Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Valuable knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
Experience in Kaizen and Poka-Yoke implementations.
Ability to take corrective actions on non-conformances.
Good command of production-related documentation.
Ability to perform robot teaching, programming, and troubleshooting for Yaskawa robots.
Valuable command over preparation of SOP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Experience in manpower planning and workforce management for effective resource utilization.
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience with Yaskawa robots.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
