Hiring: Outreach Associate

We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Outreach Associate to help expand our crowdfunding platform by connecting with NGOs, nonprofits, fundraisers, CSR teams, and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to NGOs, nonprofits, fundraisers, and potential podcast guests through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.
Onboard NGOs and partners onto the fundraising platform.
Support partners in planning and launching effective fundraising campaigns.
Build and maintain robust relationships with NGOs, CSR teams, donors, and corporate partners.
Engage with donors and identify opportunities to improve fundraising outcomes.
Coordinate with potential podcast guests, experts, and social impact leaders.
Track outreach, campaign progress, and performance metrics.

Requirements




Solid communication skills in English + regional language preferred.
Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, Email & WhatsApp.
6 months–2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome!
