Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machines/equipment as per SOPs.
Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine checks.
Monitor production parameters and maintain required quality standards.
Record production data, machine readings, and downtime.
Identify abnormal machine conditions and report them to the supervisor.
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
Assist senior operators and maintenance personnel when required.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
Follow company policies and production schedules.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of machinery and production processes.
Ability to read and follow SOPs/work instructions.
Basic understanding of safety and quality procedures.
Valuable observation and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Team-oriented and disciplined.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
