Lead end-to-end delivery of OpenShift/Kubernetes migration programs across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring timely and successful execution.
Drive program planning and governance, including migration roadmaps, release schedules, migration waves, application onboarding, and deployment readiness.
Manage program health through tracking of milestones, resources, capacity utilization, delivery progress, and adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.
Own RAID management by identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate technical stakeholders including architects, platform teams, infrastructure teams, SREs, security teams, and application owners to resolve migration challenges.
Lead governance and executive reporting, providing dashboards, KPI tracking, status updates, steering committee reviews, and delivery health visibility.




Ensure stakeholder alignment between customer leadership, business units, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to meet migration and business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and GenAI-based accelerators to enhance migration efficiency.
Possess solid technical expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, containerization, cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, GitOps, application modernization, and enterprise integrations.
Bring 16+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Technical Project/Program Management, including proven leadership of large-scale OpenShift, Kubernetes, cloud transformation, or application modernization programs.
