Job Position: Mastercam Programmer

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE – Mechanical or related field

Experience: 1–5 Years

We are looking for a skilled Mastercam Programmer with experience in CNC/VMC programming and machining. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs using Mastercam and supporting production machining operations.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify CNC/VMC programs using Mastercam.
Generate toolpaths based on 2D drawings and 3D models.
Prepare programs for milling and machining operations.
Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
Generate and verify G-code programs.
Understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
Optimize toolpaths for machining efficiency and surface finish.
Support CNC/VMC machine setters and operators.
Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Mastercam.
Knowledge of CNC/VMC programming.
Understanding of G-code and M-code.
Knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier and micrometer.




Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers is an advantage.
Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD models is preferred.

Qualification
ITI – Machinist / Turner / Fitter or related trade
Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing or related discipline
BE/B.Tech Mechanical candidates with relevant Mastercam knowledge may also apply.

Experience : 0–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Candidates with robust Mastercam knowledge and suitable technical skills may also be considered based on their practical ability.
