Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily outward and dispatch activities as per approved orders and delivery schedules.

· Verify product details, SKU, quantity, packaging, and destination before dispatch.

· Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, dispatch documents, and other required paperwork.

· Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, Production, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.

· Coordinate with transporters and delivery partners for vehicle availability, pickup, loading, and delivery schedules.

· Ensure proper loading, packing, labeling, and documentation of goods before dispatch.

· Update outward transactions accurately in ERP/WMS/Excel.

· Maintain daily dispatch registers, shipment records, and supporting documentation.

· Track dispatched shipments and follow up with transporters for delivery status.

· Identify and report discrepancies such as short quantity, damaged products, wrong SKU, or documentation errors.

· Coordinate with relevant teams for returns, replacements, rejected shipments, and reverse logistics.

· Conduct physical verification of goods before dispatch whenever required.

· Ensure proper stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.

· Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly dispatch/outward reports.

· Follow company SOPs, warehouse processes, safety standards, and documentation procedures.

· Support process improvements to reduce dispatch errors, delays, and operational costs.

Required Skills

· Valuable knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and basic reporting.

· Experience with ERP/WMS software will be preferred.

· Knowledge of GST invoices and e-way bills is an advantage.

· Solid coordination and communication skills.

· Valuable numerical and documentation skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches simultaneously.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to coordinate effectively with transporters and internal departments.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
