Role Description The Owner role at Finout Solutions Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Owner oversees overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial performance, client relationship management, and service quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, guiding accounting and financial services delivery, monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and making key decisions on resource allocation and investments.

The role involves leading and mentoring team members, developing new service offerings, managing partnerships, and ensuring that client engagements are handled professionally and ethically. The Owner is also expected to represent the firm in external meetings, maintain a solid local market presence, and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications
Strong background in finance, accounting, or business management, with the ability to oversee financial operations and interpret financial reports.
Experience in strategic planning,



business development, and operational leadership within professional services or a related industry.
Knowledge of relevant legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks affecting financial services and accounting practices.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, handle negotiations, and provide high-level advisory support.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ethical and responsible business practices.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, talent development, and fostering a cooperative, inclusive work setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications (such as CA, CPA, MBA) are an advantage.
Prior ownership, entrepreneurial, or senior management experience in a financial or consulting firm is strongly preferred.
