Position: Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who is energetic, target-oriented, and confident in communication.

Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and online platforms
Identify potential candidates and prospects based on company requirements
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
Maintain and update lead databases
Schedule calls/meetings with qualified prospects
Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets
Coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid research and lead-generation skills
Comfortable working in US shift timings
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other online platforms
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives Performance-based incentives & growth opportunities prospects
