We are hiring an MIS Analyst to support the preparation and analysis of business and financial reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in budgeting, P&L; analysis, cost analysis, and management reporting, with solid proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
Analyse budgets, P&L;, costs, revenue, and financial performance.
Monitor actuals against budget and identify variances and cost trends.
Prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to collect, validate, and reconcile data.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
Support management with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in MIS, Cost Analysis, Financial Reporting, or a related role.
Solid experience in Budgeting, P&L;, Cost Analysis, and Variance Analysis.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Hands-on experience with Power BI.
Experience in FM, Infrastructure, Manpower, Contracting, or Finance will be an advantage.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
