Role Description The Owner role at SunTec India is a full time, in office position based in Delhi, India, overseeing strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth across all service lines. The Owner will define long-term vision, build and refine business strategies, and ensure alignment of technology, data, and digital services with market opportunities and client needs. Daily responsibilities include guiding senior leadership teams, monitoring key performance indicators, reviewing financial performance, and making decisions on investments, partnerships, and recent service offerings.

The role will involve nurturing major client relationships, representing the organization in high-level industry forums, and ensuring compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards. The Owner will also champion a culture of innovation, ethical practices, and people development, ensuring teams are empowered to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications
Strategic leadership and business management skills, including experience shaping organizational vision, setting long-term goals, and driving multi-year growth plans.




Operations and process optimization capabilities, with proficiency in managing cross-functional teams, improving delivery workflows, and overseeing large-scale digital projects.
Financial acumen and commercial expertise, including budgeting, P&L; ownership, resource allocation, and experience with global clients and enterprise contracts.
Stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with clients, technology partners, and internal leadership teams.
Knowledge of IT, AI, and digital services domains such as digital engineering, data and AI operations, eCommerce, digital marketing, and content or post-production services.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management abilities, with a focus on compliance, data security, and quality frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively represent the organization in internal and external forums.
