This is not a conventional PA role. You will work closely with a Founder who is fast-moving, direct and highly involved. It's a excellent place for a fresher who wants to learn, take ownership and build something steady, one day at a time.

This role is for you if you:
Are a fresher, eager to learn and grow step by step
Are grounded and happy to do valuable work within regular working hours, without needing a hustle-all-day lifestyle
Pick up tasks spontaneously, without waiting to be told twice
Take ownership: if something is assigned to you, it gets done, with no excuses




Can bring your own structure to a quick-changing environment
Handle priorities that shift and conversations that jump between topics
Take direct feedback professionally, not personally
Keep track of follow-ups and commitments. "I forgot" or "I told them" won't be enough
Verify facts instead of relying on what one person says
Stay calm and logical under pressure or with incomplete information
Respect confidentiality and keep sensitive information private

In short: If you need a slow-paced routine with perfectly structured instructions, this role may not suit you.
