Management Trainee Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: Freshers (MBA )
Key Responsibilities
Learn Products: Master LAP/SBL lending products, credit processes, and basic concepts.
Lead Generation: Coordinate with branch staff to source current SBL and LAP business leads.
Client & Market Visits: Accompany the team on field visits, market surveys, and customer meets.
Document Management: Collect and verify customer financial, KYC, and property documents.
Team Support: Assist in gathering customer requirements and managing client follow-ups.
Desired Skills
Education: MBA / PGDM graduate (Finance or Marketing preferred).
Communication: Valuable verbal and written skills (Marathi is a plus for Pune).
Technical: Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Traits: Solid willingness to learn and comfortable with field movement.
