Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support to the Management in all aspects of project planning, implementation, and monitoring for the projects.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on various technical aspects, including feasibility studies, modelling and planning, project specifications, and compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and reports by gathering and organizing technical data, market research, and project updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, procurement, business development, F&A;, HR/IR & Admin departments, to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of projects. Valuable corporate knowledge. May have to coordinate multiple sites/projects for resource sharing.
Support the Management Team in pre-feasibility studies, Cost optimization, Equipment efficiency monitoring and generating reports, Optimum utilization of manpower and machines,
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks,



and propose effective solutions to ensure projects are completed within timeline and quality expectations. Hands on -Costing & Budgeting.
Coordinating with multiple external partners to ensure smooth progress. Handling and managing project specific issues. Liaising with govt. bodies like DGMS, local and state administration etc. Follow up with Subcontractors for compliances.
Scheduling meetings, participate in meetings, Drafting MOMs, and correspondence, site visits, and technical discussions with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and project partners to address technical issues, seek approvals, and maintain positive relationships.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in the steel industry, IT technology, and project management to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Knowledge of SAP/Tally like accounting software, productivity enhancement and monitoring applications and software.
