Job Responsibilities
Operate production machines and equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions.
Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and basic operational adjustments.
Monitor machine performance and process parameters during production.
Ensure production output meets required quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of production, machine readings, and downtime.
Identify machine abnormalities, process deviations, and operational issues and report them to the supervisor.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment checks.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
Coordinate with the maintenance team during machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.




Conduct proper shift handover and communicate production and machine status to the next shift.
Work with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of machine and equipment operation.
Ability to understand and follow SOPs and work instructions.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
