Role Description The MIS Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating regular MIS reports and dashboards to support management decisions.

Daily tasks include collecting and validating data from various internal systems, performing basic analysis, and presenting findings in explicit formats such as spreadsheets and presentations.



The role involves coordinating with different teams to understand reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and troubleshooting any discrepancies. The MIS Executive will also support process improvements in information management and contribute to efficient documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with MIS Reporting, including dashboards and periodic reports.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data.
Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in an MIS or data reporting role within consulting, HR, or related domains will be an advantage.
