Explain the available homecare services, care options, and service process to prospective clients and their families.
Follow up with leads regularly and address their queries or concerns.
Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to provide appropriate service information and quotations.
Convert qualified leads into homecare clients by effectively communicating the perks and suitability of the services.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversion status, and client requirements.
Ensure a smooth transition from lead conversion to homecare service commencement.
Achieve assigned lead conversion and client onboarding targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
