Job Role & Responsibilities
Manage, coordinate, and supervise a team of 5–7 members to ensure smooth examination operations.
Take complete ownership and accountability for the team’s work, performance, and outcomes.
Maintain a calm, humble, positive, and approachable attitude while handling team members, students, and management.
Ensure transparent, confident, and professional communication with team members and management for smooth coordination.
Maintain 100% accuracy and quality in all examination-related work, records, and documentation.




Handle operational challenges effectively through practical and timely decision-making.
Ensure all assigned tasks, examination activities, and deadlines are completed on time.
Guide, support, train, and motivate team members to achieve their responsibilities effectively.
Maintain regular reporting, task updates, and follow-ups to ensure pending activities are completed.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, confidentiality, discipline, and respectful behaviour at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
