ewellery Polishing Supervisor – JD Position: Polishing Supervisor Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur Experience: 3–6 Years Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily jewellery polishing and finishing activities. Allocate work to polishers/karigars according to skill and production requirements. Ensure proper pre-polish and final-polish finishing as per design and quality standards. � Gems and Jewellery Skill Council Check polished jewellery for finishing defects, scratches, uneven polish and rework.

Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion. Control polishing loss, wastage and material handling. Coordinate with Filing, Setting, QC and Production teams. Train and guide polishing staff and maintain team productivity.





Maintain daily production and quality records. Ensure proper safety, discipline and cleanliness in the polishing department.

Required Skills: Solid knowledge of Gold/Silver Jewellery Polishing & Finishing. Jewellery manufacturing experience is mandatory. Positive team-handling and supervisory skills. Knowledge of jewellery quality standards and finishing processes. Ability to work under production targets and deadlines. Positive communication and problem-solving skills. � Gems and Jewellery Skill Council Preferred: Candidates from the Jewellery Manufacturing field only.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
