We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills and relevant experience in Chat/Email Support and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through chat and email.
Address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Retain existing customers through effective query resolution.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat/Email Support is mandatory. - - Excellent English communication skills.
Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
Experience in customer support, chat support, or email support is preferred.
