Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage recent product development projects from concept to production launch.
Coordinate and implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities.
Prepare and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
Develop and update Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
Coordinate tooling design, development, validation, and trial activities.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Customer teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful product launch.
Support product validation, customer approvals, and process audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives during product development and production readiness.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and automotive industry requirements.
