Job Title: Assistant Manager – Immigration (Outbound)

Job Location: Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (On-site, No Work from Home)

Qualification: Any Graduate, preferably with certification in travel/tourism.

Experience: 5+ years of related experience in the Immigration, Travel or Hospitality Industry. Experience in handling outbound visa applications is definitely an advantage.

Reporting To: Senior Manager - Immigration

Job Summary: This role involves supporting outbound immigration and consular services for clients, ensuring compliance with international employment visa processes and delivering high-quality service through detailed document handling, consular coordination, and applicant support.

Key Responsibilities:

o Understand employment visa processes, laws, and norms for major outbound countries from India.

o Work with existing international legal partners on temporary non-immigrant visas (e.g., U.S. L 1A, L-1B) and other country-specific work permits.

o Draft Letters of Support and manage documentation for work permit applications.

o Coordinate consular filings and document checklists; familiarity with U.S. consular processes is a plus.





o Brief applicants on consular procedures and prepare them through mock interviews.

o Verify completeness and accuracy of visa application documentation.

o Liaise with clients, consulates, embassies, visa facilitation agencies, and high commissions.

o Track immigration assignments using matrices and reporting tools.

o Prepare periodic reports on visa applications and immigration metrics.

o Maintain a knowledge base of travel documentation requirements across countries and regions.

o Solid verbal and written communication in English.

o Excellent negotiation and collaboration abilities.

o Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.

o Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced setting.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
