Preferred candidate profile
Experience working in a mobile or platform support setting.
Experience investigating technical incidents and service requests
Ability to troubleshoot mobile platform, device and application issues
Mobile device enrolment, provisioning and lifecycle support.
Mobile device compliance and configuration support
Mobile application onboarding and deployment
Microsoft mobile applications, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
iPhone and iOS.
iPad and iPadOS.
MacBook and macOS.
Apple enterprise mobile services
