Job Title: Operations Associate – Physical AI & Data Operations

About Us

We build training data to train the next generation of Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models and World Foundation Models (WFMs). This is one of the hardest and most exciting open problems in physical AI today.

We are expanding our India operations team and looking for an Operations Associate in Bengaluru to support on-ground execution, data pipelines, and partner management.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations for physical data collection and pipeline tracking.
Work directly with external vendors, operators, and field contributors to remove operational bottlenecks.
Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high data quality capture across sites.
Monitor data capture capacity, supply metrics, and project timelines against collection goals.




Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to partner locations, collection setups, or pilot sites as required.

Required Qualifications & Screening Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an IIT, BITS, NIT, or equivalent premier institution (Mandatory).
Experience: 0 to 2 years in operations, project coordination, or high-growth startup environments.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Transparent verbal and written communication skills with comfort managing diverse stakeholders.
Ability to join immediately in Bengaluru.
