Role Description This is a full time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role based in Nagpur.

The Maintenance

Engineer will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles, equipment, and related infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient operations. Daily tasks include performing routine checks, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, executing corrective and preventive maintenance, and documenting all work performed. The role involves coordinating with operations staff to minimize downtime, monitoring maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory,



and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

The Maintenance

Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for transportation and fleet assets.
Hands-on experience in Maintenance Engineering, including troubleshooting mechanical systems and implementing solutions.
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices, scheduling, and documentation to improve equipment reliability.
Practical skills in Electrical Maintenance for vehicle and equipment electrical systems.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Ability to read technical manuals, maintenance reports, and schematics.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in workshop and on-road environments.
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics maintenance operations is an advantage.
