Key Responsibilities
Provide home nursing and bedside care to patients.
Monitor and record the patient's general condition and vital signs as required.
Provide assistance with prescribed medications as per medical instructions and applicable nursing protocols.
Perform wound dressing and basic nursing procedures within the nurse's scope of practice.
Provide care for elderly, post-hospitalization and dependent patients.
Assist with mobility, positioning and personal care when required.
Maintain proper hygiene and infection-control practices.
Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the family and appropriate healthcare qualified.
Follow the care plan provided by the doctor/hospital/clinical team.
Maintain accurate patient-care records and handover notes.
Communicate respectfully with patients and family members.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
Escalate urgent or concerning changes in the patient's condition appropriately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
