Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and upkeep of company-owned vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles remain in positive working condition, coordinating repairs and servicing, and maintaining proper service records.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the regular maintenance and servicing of company-owned vehicles.
Inspect vehicles regularly and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
Coordinate with mechanics, garages, and authorized service centres.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
Handle breakdowns and coordinate necessary repairs.
Maintain records of vehicle servicing, repairs, spare parts, and maintenance expenses.
Ensure vehicles are protected, roadworthy, and available for operations.
Monitor vehicle maintenance costs and help control unnecessary expenses.
Follow up on pending repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.




Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle maintenance and reported issues.

Candidate Profile
Previous experience in vehicle maintenance / fleet maintenance / automobile maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of basic automobile mechanics and vehicle servicing.
Positive coordination and supervision skills.
Ability to manage multiple vehicles and maintenance activities.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Candidates with experience handling commercial vehicles / company fleets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
