Role & responsibilities

Business Leadership & P&L; Ownership
Own and deliver the P&L; for the Sustainability Services business across all service lines.
Develop and implement a strategic business plan, targeting high-growth markets and

emerging sustainability regulations.
Define annual budgets, revenue targets, pricing strategies, and cost optimization plans.
Monitor financial KPIs, ensure healthy margins, and drive sustainable profitability.
Market Development & Business Growth
Identify, assess, and prioritize market opportunities in sustainability consulting and assurance.
Lead business development, collaboration with Sales, and cross-selling initiatives.
Build strategic partnerships with industry bodies, regulatory agencies, and sustainability

networks.
Represent the company in conferences, client forums, and external stakeholder

engagements.
Client Engagement & Solution Delivery
Ensure end-to-end delivery of sustainability projects with high quality and timely execution.
Enhance customer experience through advisory workshops, technical sessions,



and solution

design.
Act as the senior escalation point for key accounts and strategic projects.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of sustainability specialists and technical experts.
Drive capability development through training, mentoring, and recruitment.
Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment of standards and best practices.
Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all engagements comply with international standards
Drive internal audits, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
12 -15 years of experience in sustainability consulting, carbon services, or environmental
advisory.
Proven track record in P&L; management, business development, and team leadership.
Deep expertise in LCAs, GHG verification, carbon neutrality, carbon markets, or ESG frameworks.
