We're looking for experienced Medical Coders across multiple specialties to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Open Specialties (1 - 4 Years Experience)

Anaesthesia Coding

Urgent Care Coding

Orthopaedic Surgery E&M; (IP/OP)

IVR Coding

Cardio Surgery E&M; (IP/OP)

Home Health Coding (HHC)

Eligibility

Experience: 14 years in the relevant medical coding specialty.

Only Immediate Joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
Review and accurately code medical records based on the assigned specialty.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes as applicable.
Ensure coding accuracy, completeness and compliance with client guidelines.
Review clinical documentation and identify missing or unclear information.
Apply specialty-specific coding guidelines and conventions.




Maintain productivity and quality targets within defined timelines.
Perform coding validation and resolve identified coding errors.
Stay updated on coding guidelines, payer requirements and process changes.
Collaborate with QA and process teams to improve coding accuracy and quality.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information.

Certification Mandatory:

CPC or any recognized Medical Coding Certification (for Anaesthesia, Urgent Care, Ortho, IVR & Cardio Surgery).

BCHHC certification for Home Health Coding (HHC).
