Portfolio Monitoring
Track performance of underlying assets (monthly / quarterly)
Prepare monitoring reports for investment committee
Identify early warning signs: collateral deterioration, non-compliance with financial covenants.

Covenant & Structure Compliance
Monitor adherence to:
Completion of conditions subsequent
Coverage tests
Triggers & events of default
Reconcile actual performance vs. modelled expectations.

Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all loan documents, security perfection, and legal covenants are up to date
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on breaches or amendments

Investor Communication
Prepare MIS, portfolio commentary, and quarterly updates
Support fundraising teams with performance data
