Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Manage day-to-day operations as assigned by management.

Brief vendors on Recce, Installation SOPs, and required formats.

Check Recce/Installation photos and PPTs for accuracy and quality.

Cross-check artworks, layouts, sizes, renders, and measurements.

Ensure quality implementation and provide vendors with Do’s & Don’ts.

Collect high-resolution work-completion photos and supporting documents.

Maintain project trackers,



reports, and project documentation.

Monitor project timelines and communicate any delays in advance.

Verify vendor bills as per PO and coordinate with Accounts.

Develop and coordinate with new vendors/contractors.

Conduct site/side visits for project monitoring and issue resolution.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to support project coordination and daily workflow management.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Relevant experience in operations support, project coordination, or administration, ideally within retail, construction, or design-related environments.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, with comfort in working with spreadsheets, reports, and digital collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
Graduation 10+2+3 or 10+2+3+2
