About the role:

You will work under our Sales and Operations Manager to make sure customer orders are completed correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:
Prepare and give cutting orders to the workers, and check that cutting is done to the right size
Coordinate with suppliers and purchase parties on material availability and delivery
Book tempo or porter for deliveries and follow up until goods reach the customer
Keep order status updated in Excel and coordinate with the accounts side
Make regular calls and updates to customers on order progress

What we are looking for:
Basic knowledge of Excel
Organised and positive at follow-up
Prior experience in steel, hardware, engineering,sales or trading is a plus but not required
