The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founder’s Office, primarily across Influencer Marketing, LinkedIn and Event Marketing.

What you’ll do:
Identify, reach out to and manage LinkedIn & Instagram influencers/creators
Build and maintain an influencer database and outreach pipeline
Coordinate influencer campaigns, partnerships and follow-ups
Research LinkedIn creators, content trends and campaign performance
Support marketing and branding for offline events, workshops and community meetups




Capture on-ground event content and coordinate quick content shoots
Track outreach, engagement and campaign performance

Who we are looking for?
6 months–1 year of experience in influencer/creator marketing
Freshers with robust internship, freelance or college society experience in influencer marketing can apply
Prior experience dealing with or managing influencers is significant
Existing network/database of LinkedIn creators is a strong plus
Strong communication, outreach and coordination skills
Valuable understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram
Based in Gurugram and comfortable working from office 3–4 days/week
