Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive / IT Support professional with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day IT support, systems, hardware, software, networking, and employee technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobiles, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, email, internet, and system-related issues.
Manage basic LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and connectivity-related problems.
Maintain IT asset records and track company laptops, mobiles, and other devices.
Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and basic access permissions.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
Perform regular system updates, software installation, and basic security checks.
Maintain proper records of IT issues, repairs, purchases, and equipment.
Support employees with technical issues related to company applications and portals.




Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and available for business requirements.
Assist management/HR with IT-related requirements for current joiners and employee exits.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, email, and basic troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, printers, and hardware.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple IT support requests.
Basic knowledge of IT asset management.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Should be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Qualification Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / IT Executive / Desktop Support.
