Role & responsibilities
Create multi-layer PCB layouts using Zuken CADSTAR 16 software.
Design high-power, high-current traces for SMPS and power electronics.
Manage signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management constraints.
Enforce strict defense standards for clearance, creepage, and isolation.
Generate complete manufacturing outputs including Gerber, BOM, and ODB++.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers on enclosure fit and component placement.
Preferred candidate profile Design high-reliability multi-layer PCBs for military-grade power electronics.
Translate complex schematic diagrams into robust, manufacture-ready layouts.
