ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, strategic and result-oriented marketer who can build our brand, increase product awareness and create strong market demand.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Social Media, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Building, Influencer Marketing & Offline Promotions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Research

Develop brand/product strategies, understand target audiences, research competitors, trends and current opportunities.

Product Launch & Marketing

Plan pre-launch, launch & post-launch campaigns, product positioning, messaging and creative marketing concepts.

Social Media & Content

Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube; plan Reels, posts, stories, content calendars and campaigns.

Digital & Influencer Marketing

Plan Meta & Google campaigns, audience targeting, remarketing and influencer/creator collaborations.

Brand & Offline Marketing

Build brand identity and plan posters, hoardings, brochures, retail branding, product displays, sampling & events.

Product Communication





Understand product quality, benefits, certifications & USPs and convert them into powerful marketing communication.

Analytics & Growth

Track reach, engagement, traffic & campaign performance and continuously improve strategies.

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are not looking for someone who only creates posts.

We need someone who can take an idea from:

STRATEGY → CAMPAIGN → EXECUTION → MEASUREMENT → IMPROVEMENT and understand who to reach, what to communicate, where to reach them and how to make our products visible, memorable and desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
