Role

Own all legal matters across the company's real estate projects. Must be hands-on, commercially sharp, and capable of independently managing high-value transactions and disputes.

Key Responsibilities
Own land/title due diligence, acquisitions, and property documentation.
Draft and negotiate JDA, JV, Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, and landowner agreements.
Manage RERA, approvals, regulatory compliance, and project legal matters.
Handle litigation, disputes, arbitration, and external counsel.
Review and negotiate construction, vendor, consultant, and customer contracts.
Identify legal risks early and provide transparent, commercially practical solutions.




Work directly with MD/CFO/project teams, landowners, authorities, and external lawyers.
Ensure timely closure and zero avoidable legal exposure.

Must Have
10+ years of robust real estate/developer-side legal experience.
Proven expertise in land titles, JDA/JV transactions, RERA, contracts, and litigation.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
Robust commercial judgement, urgency, attention to detail, and accountability.
Must be fluent in Kannada local language Read, Talk and Write.
