Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. This role involves planning and executing marketing activities that promote the school’s programs, events, and brand within the local community and online. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating campaigns, supporting admissions-related outreach, preparing marketing materials, assisting with school events, and maintaining communication across internal and external stakeholders.

The Marketing

Coordinator will help manage social media updates, collect and organize content from school activities, track basic marketing metrics,



and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Collaboration with academic and administrative teams is essential to align marketing efforts with the school’s values and objectives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Writing skills for explicit, professional outreach and content creation.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to support admissions efforts, lead follow-up, and relationship-building with prospective families.
Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to coordinate school events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize marketing initiatives, manage timelines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation software is beneficial.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are important.
Previous experience in education or marketing coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.
