Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the institute’s marketing activities, campaigns, student lead generation, promotional activities, and brand communication. The role involves coordinating with the Marketing Head and other departments to ensure the timely execution of marketing plans and effective promotion of the institute’s courses and services.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities according to the approved marketing plan.
Support the Marketing Head in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate lead-generation activities for courses, workshops, events, and student admissions.
Monitor and follow up on marketing leads received through various channels.
Coordinate with the Sales/Admissions team to ensure proper lead handover and follow-up.
Assist in managing social media marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate content requirements with the Creative, Media, and Digital Marketing teams.
Support the planning and execution of online and offline promotional activities.
Coordinate advertisements,



promotional materials, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing resources.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, exhibitions, events, and student engagement activities.
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, influencers, and marketing partners when required.
Maintain records of marketing activities, campaigns, leads, enquiries, and promotional expenses.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing activity reports.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and promotional prospects.
Ensure consistent use of institute branding across marketing materials and communication.
Coordinate with different departments to collect information required for marketing campaigns.
Assist in implementing student referral, promotional, and engagement campaigns.
Ensure marketing activities are completed within assigned timelines and budgets.
Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the Marketing Head or management.
