Timing - Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM

At Admattic, we re building a high-performance, rapid-moving team in the advertising tech space. As we continue to grow, we re looking for an HR Intern who s curious, proactive and excited to get hands-on exposure to how modern HR works in a scaling organization.

What you ll do:
Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Maintain and update HR databases and trackers
Work closely with the HR Head on day-to-day operations and special projects

What we re looking for:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Highly enthusiastic about organizing and leading the employee engagement activities or events
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a quick-paced setting
Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
