Role Description This is a full-time Intern role based in Pune City, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support event planning activities, including assisting with vendor coordination, venue research, and timeline management for weddings and social events.
Day-to-day responsibilities include helping prepare event proposals and mood boards, organizing client information and checklists, and maintaining project documentation and calendars. The intern will also contribute to on-ground event execution, assist with guest coordination, and support logistics on event days.
Additional tasks may include helping with social media content preparation, basic communication with partners or vendors under guidance, and general administrative support for the planning team.
Qualifications
Ability to support event planning and coordination, including research, vendor outreach under supervision, and basic logistics management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Explicit written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, shared drives) and learning new digital platforms as needed.
Interest in weddings, social events, and design aesthetics, with a willingness to assist in creating mood boards or basic event concepts.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and support evening or weekend events when required.
Skilled, respectful demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively in small, close-knit teams.
Pursuing or recently completed studies in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
