Additional skills added advantage:
Email hygiene products such as Proofpoint

Basic knowledge of Azure
For the L3 position, specifically looking for someone with a broader combination of these skills, particularly M365 along with Azure and email security/hygiene experience. Someone with this combined experience would be ideal. For the L2 positions, robust hands-on experience across M365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, would be sufficient. The additional skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
