We are looking for a polite, responsible and presentable Lab Technician cum Clinic Helper for our newly established Aesthetic & Oral Care Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients professionally.
Handle patient appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Maintain basic patient records and appointment schedules.
Assist the doctor and clinic staff with day-to-day clinic activities.
Keep the reception and clinic area clean and organised.
Help with basic clinic preparation before and after procedures.
Manage basic billing/receipts and other front-desk work.
Maintain a friendly and comfortable setting for patients.
Requirements:
10/12th pass preferred.
Positive communication and polite behaviour.
Basic computer and smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.
Presentable, punctual and responsible.
Previous receptionist/clinic experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Salary: ₹6,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
