Position: Lab Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Assist the R&D; team in fragrance formulation, sample preparation, and testing.
Accurately measure and handle fragrance raw materials as per instructions.
Prepare and label samples properly for customer trials and internal testing.
Maintain records of formulations, samples, raw materials, and test results.
Maintain R&D; laboratory cleanliness, equipment, and glassware.
Monitor raw material and lab-supply stock and report requirements on time.
Follow all safety, quality, and laboratory procedures.
Support the R&D; team in fragrance evaluation, product development, and other assigned activities.




Maintain confidentiality of company formulations and R&D; information.

Requirements
GRADUATE/Diploma in Chemistry or related field preferred.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic knowledge of laboratory work and chemical handling.
Valuable observation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn about fragrances and raw materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: As per experience and company standards. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
