We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Trainee to join our logistics and supply chain team. The candidate will receive practical training in logistics operations, shipment coordination, inventory management, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.
Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, records, and reports.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
Support order processing, dispatch, and delivery activities.
Verify shipping documents, invoices, delivery challans, and related paperwork.
Monitor delivery schedules and help resolve delays or operational issues.
Update logistics data in MS Excel/ERP systems.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.




Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn logistics processes and ERP/software systems.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Supply Chain/Logistics), or any relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
