Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organizations overall IT infrastructure, systems, applications and IT operations.
Develop and implement IT strategy, policies, processes and technology roadmaps aligned with business requirements.
Manage servers, networks, hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity and IT assets.
Ensure ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business applications are effectively implemented, integrated and maintained.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, access controls and cybersecurity compliance.
Manage IT vendors, AMC/service providers, contracts and IT budgets.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
Establish and monitor IT SOPs, security policies and access management.
Lead and mentor the IT team, allocate responsibilities and evaluate performance.
Provide management with MIS, IT dashboards, reports and technology recommendations.
