Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Junior Accounts Executive based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The Junior Accounts

Executive will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, recording transactions, and supporting accounts payable and receivable activities. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and helping ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.

Executive will coordinate with other team members to support audits, documentation,



and timely month-end and year-end closing. The position requires attention to detail, accurate data entry, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets, with solid skills in MS Excel or similar tools.
Solid numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with finance team members and other departments.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Willingness to learn, adapt to changing requirements, and follow established processes and compliance standards.
Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is an advantage, but not mandatory.
