Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including:
Sales processes
Lead management
Account management
Contact management
Policy sales lifecycle
Robust development experience in C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for customization and enhancements.
Experience with
Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
Power Automate
Positive exposure to Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and other cloud technologies.
Experience working with AI-powered sales capabilities within Dynamics 365, including:
Microsoft Copilot
AI Agents
Lead qualification
Sales automation
Conversational AI (Positive to Have)
