Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MSME Loan Manager to drive merchant acquisition, lead generation, and business loan sales. The role involves managing field activities, merchant relationships, and partnerships across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for collateral-free MSME loans up to ₹2 Lakhs.
Drive merchant acquisition and field-level lead generation across Kerala.
Coordinate with banks, sales teams, DSAs, and other partners for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Manage merchant relationships and provide ongoing support.
Manage and coordinate field teams, local agents, and merchant associations.
Conduct merchant meetings, workshops, training, and promotional activities.
Monitor sales KPIs, lead conversion,



and overall performance.
Collect market feedback and identify recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with digital marketing and call center teams to improve lead generation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in MSME lending, business loans, NBFC/banking sales, DSA management, or financial services.
Solid knowledge of the Kerala MSME and merchant market.
Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, and partner management.
Solid communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
